Respond to communication in a timely manner.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may incur additional fees or result in suspension of services.

4. Limitations of SEO

While Perfex Solution can improve rankings and traffic, Perfex Solution does not guarantee specific results due to the nature of search engine algorithms and external factors.

5. Intellectual Property

Any materials or deliverables created during the project remain the property of Perfex Solution until full payment is received.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days’ written notice.

7. Liability

Perfex Solution is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel services if:

• Payment is overdue by more than 15 days.

3. Post-Cancellation Obligations

Upon cancellation, Perfex Solution will provide any final deliverables agreed upon and due before the cancellation date, provided payment obligations are met.

4. Subscription-Based Services

For monthly recurring services, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the following month.
